Randy Willis is a real estate executive with over 20 years of retail experience. Randy recently joined Open Realty Advisors. Open has represented the retail real estate interests of clients such as Apple, Restoration Hardware, J.Crew and Warby Parker. Immediately prior to joining Open Realty Advisors, Randy served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for J.Crew Group, Inc. where he led the teams responsible for all aspects of real estate, construction, store design and lease administration across a multi-branded platform to include J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, Madewell and Mercantile. During his seven year tenure at J.Crew, Randy directed the initial rollout and expansion plans for both the Madewell and Mercantile brands as well as managing the overall strategy for the J.Crew store fleet.Prior to his work with J.Crew Group, Inc. Randy was Senior Director at Talbots, Inc., where he led the company’s expansion in the eastern half of the U.S. and was appointed to oversee the nationwide real estate roll out of the Talbot’s Upscale Outlet Concept. Previously, Randy was a Leasing Manager for Glimcher Realty Trust, responsible for all facets of leasing operations for 23 regional malls as well as big box and peripheral land development.
