In my current position, I perform various functions to ensure the stability, reliability and performance of our Commercial Application. I am responsible for the coordination of our production releases using Azure DevOps, monitoring our database (SQL Server) for performance issues and taking action when needed. I am also the primary liaison for our group on recent Cybersecurity and TSA security mandates, helping identify and remediate issues as they occur. Business Analyst in support of initiative to migrate legacy Lotus Notes application hosted in IBM Bluemix environment into a "serverless" native AWS environment. My responsibilities included:• Data Analysis of existing Notes databases.• Agent modification to extract Notes Data into usable format.• Formatting of extracted Notes data into MySQL using various tools including Excel, Powershell and MySQL workbench. This involved extensive data analysis and some complex SQL queries. • Wrote several Lamba scripts utilizing Node.js and GraphQL technologies for use in our AWS serverless environment. • Tested Lamba functions and deployed for use by our Angular front-end developers. • Base loaded historical data into the AWS Aurora environment by dynamically creating scripts. .

Oversee all IT operations for two multi-million dollar corporations, Triana Energy, LLC and Highlands Drilling, LLC. Manage staff that supported 400+ employees in 4 locations across three states and one Canadian province. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Established corporate data center in Charleston, WV headquarters. Assisted in design and implementation of entire network. Negotiated vendor contracts/purchases for telecommunications, voice and employee work stations and all other network related hardware. • Partnered with third party vendors to establish web presence for all affiliated companies. • Managed budget averaging over 100k annually, perpetually evaluating contracts and agreements to reduce corporate cost. • Implemented 3 year revolving leasing programs with multiple hardware/software vendors to reduce costs and allow for more precise IT budgeting while keeping critical hardware/software current. • Developed comprehensive IT security policy and procedure and oversaw project to implement technology solutions to adhere to said policies and procedures. • Managed staff that supported 100+ workstations, 4 remote locations,, numerous corporate Windows servers and smart phones. • Evaluated multiple Mobile Device Management Platforms and implemented the Mobile Iron platform to facilitate standardization across all corporate owned smart devices. • Completed extensive Microsoft Corporate Licensing Audit.• Introduced cloud based solutions for backup/recovery and front office products, dramatically improving productivity and reducing IT man hours. • Integral in implementation of Cygnet/SCADA electronic measurement/monitoring technology, reducing labor costs and significantly improving reporting and integration functionality.• Played key role in project to implement virtual server technology in the data center, dramatically decreasing hardware footprint, while increasing productivity and redundancy.
