• Designate & Coordinate work with clients on and off site and scheduling workers to various job tasks.• Responsible for delivering lifecycle service solutions to customers in their assigned territory with an installed base of control valve products.• Provide hands-on training and mentorship.• Handle all customer complaints immediately including participation in 24 hours emergency support rotation.• Ensuring all HSE Rules & Regulation is adhered to both In-house & On-site.• To perform walk downs to determine Job Scope and assist Sales team in development of Proposals/Quotations.• Develop, enhance and strive to improve the efficiencies of the Customer's Maintenance and Reliability work processes through the utilization of the latest diagnostic technologies & services.• Assign Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure periodic measurement of KPIs.• Required to go onsite to assist teams if there are any filed issue occurrences.• Maintain sound working relationships with customer's personnel in various functional departments such as Maintenance, Purchasing & Operations. • Maintenance of all test reports for traceability for all valves tested (internal & witnessed).
