Responsible for coaching, guiding and offering support to the Subway franchisee community. Assisted Subway franchisees with increasing profitability. Performed an in-depth compliance evaluation for 36 shops while monitoring their operations and adherence to brand standards. Provided routine follow-ups on an as needed basis. Made presentations during bi-annual owners meetings. As a Senior Business Consultant, I was exposed to every aspect of QSR operations, from building sales and profits, to building relationships, to building the Subway brand.
