• Check tray line to review patient’s food order ensuring items are correct on meal tray• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware according to Department of Health Standards• Prepare food as a short order cook in the Café at the grill• Checked temperature of all food for accurate serving temperatures according to Department of Health standards• Prepare all food and drink orders for patient trays• Prepare and deliver stock inventory to nursing floors upon receipt of stock order form • Provide support to manager as needed• Deliver meal trays to the properly identified patients, ensuring their satisfaction of their meal, assisting patient with any needs, all in appropriate time frame• Train new employees to work efficiently in various positions within the department
