I have been in the Information Technology field for 30+ years holding leadership positions in sales, marketing and consulting having completed hundreds of IT transactions. Prior to ISG, I worked at Alsbridge advising financial services, banking, insurance, mortgage, healthcare, media & entertainment, and retail clients with IT budgets in excess of $1B. I provided advice to C-level executives spanning all phases of the sourcing lifecycle from feasibility, implementation through negotiations and transition to governance.Prior to Alsbridge, I was responsible for Compaq’s outsourcing business in the southeast US and later Director for Outsourcing Marketing with Hewlett-Packard (Americas), a $5B business. Since 2013, I have worked with 3,000+ provider / telecom / sourcing / research professionals in various workshops to understand ISG FutureSource, executive alignment, differentiation, competitive positioning, storytelling, and messaging principles.I am a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and a founding member of the IAOP’s Outsourcing Standards Board, member of the executive committee for the Sales & Marketing Chapter, and co-chair of the IAOP Charlotte Chapter.
