This landed AvePoint’s largest services customer in North America and expanded the customer’s daily SharePoint usage from 6,000 to 14,000 users within 8 weeks. As a thought leader, authored whitepapers, conducted internal and customer-facing workshops, and invited speaker at dozens of conferences.

Co-authored Synergy's SharePoint Development and Administration training program and trained hundreds to become the next-generation SharePoint experts. In Singapore, established Synergy’s Southeast Asia practice and was the lead architect deploying and driving SharePoint adoption across Asia Pac enterprises. As Senior Solutions Developer, I was involved from the beginning with this development team that grew to a staff of 25. Responsible for all aspects of project lifecycle development from requirements gathering to post-development support as a project-lead. Area of emphasis was on SQL back-end (modeling/stored procedures) and web middle-tier (COM, ASP and ASP.NET) and SharePoint. As department grew, I became more involved with personnel and project management tasks including interviewing, estimating, and automating internal processes. Primary customer is DOD with multiple enterprise solutions deployed worldwide.As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), I was responsible for authoring and delivery of both custom and Microsoft official courseware. From 96-97, I was a full-time trainer on Windows NT 3.51/4.0, Windows 95/98, Networking Essentials and SQL Server 6.0/6.5. In 98-00, I transitioned into development and taught fewer classes. From 01-05, occasional classes on XML/XSLT, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
