•Independently coordinate best execution daily for sale of mortgage loans, including evaluation of Mandatory, Best Efforts, Whole loans, MBS (agency and private label), servicing retained, and servicing released•Provide assistance with execution of real estate interest rate pricing models to include making recommendations for potential changes on modeling assumptions.•Interface with investors, trade desks on pricing, pair-offs, and individual trade inquiries; point of contact for pricing with investors.•Locking loans with investors in compliance with policies and procedures.•Manage commitment expiration and delivery dates to ensure loans get delivered to the investor before the expiration.•Collaborate with members of the Closing and Post-Closing team to resolve pricing questions and extend commitments if needed.•Responsible for margin reporting and monitoring daily competitor rates to analyze and set the loan pricing. •Cross-functional partnership with but not limited to Investors, Sales Team, Operation Management and Finance Team.• Create, maintain and distribute the daily rate sheets for Buffalo and the Rochester, NY markets.•Work closely with Operations Management to implement system changes, procedural changes, testing and process flow enhancements.•Monitor and process rate lock requests, floats, clear key pricing alerts, change and extension requests in Encompass promptly while adhering and enforcing rate lock policies. •Maintain pricing margins and data integrity in Encompass and EPPS with regular testing, data integrity and comparison between systems* Complete weekly ALCO (asset and liability) reports to help manage market risk tolerances and distribute to management and finance* Produce analytic reporting on pull-through and prepare detailed reporting on trends and characteristics of loans sold. * Generate the daily pipeline reports, department dashboards, ad hoc reports* Complete annual recertifications by assigned due dates with investors.
