CurrentEnsure all work carried out under the Permit to Work (PTW) system adheres to safety standards and procedures.Review and analyze previous accident and incident reports to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to prevent recurrence.Conduct thorough investigations into safety-related issues, including accidents, near misses, and permit deviations.Implement and maintain the Permit to Work system to ensure proper authorization and risk mitigation for all work activities.Provide comprehensive fire safety training to plant personnel and fire squad members, including both classroom lectures and practical demonstrations.Inspect and monitor the condition of machinery, scaffolding, personal protective equipment (PPE), ladders, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.Conduct daily site inspections to observe work activities, provide immediate assistance when necessary, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Respond promptly to fire and emergency calls, taking decisive action to protect personnel and property.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Matrix to assess and manage potential hazards in the workplace.Organize and facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety film screenings to educate workers on safety procedures and hazard prevention.Enforce safe work practices and ensure that all worksite personnel handle tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Provide appropriate safety training to all workers, including those who regularly work on the site or visit occasionally.Prepare and submit daily safety reports to document site conditions, potential hazards, and corrective actions taken.Ensure that all work activities comply with the company's HSE Policies, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices.
