Respond promptly to fire and emergency calls, taking decisive action to protect personnel and property.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Matrix to assess and manage potential hazards in the workplace.Organize and facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety film screenings to educate workers on safety procedures and hazard prevention.Enforce safe work practices and ensure that all worksite personnel handle tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Provide appropriate safety training to all workers, including those who regularly work on the site or visit occasionally.Prepare and submit daily safety reports to document site conditions, potential hazards, and corrective actions taken.Ensure that all work activities comply with the company's HSE Policies, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices.
