Enlarged space for battery ASSY without sacrificing cargo room, spare tire or loading rigidity. Reduced cost 15% than original quotation.

-> Participated in research and experiment of micro-structure differences between 62Sn36Pb2Ag and 63Sn37Pb eutectic solder joint to AgCu alloy bulk and CuBe alloy sheet.-> Designed and conducted testing procedures for solder joint strength.-> Through a variety of tests, found out that the Ag element in the solder changes the wetting behavior and benefits the less voids as well as higher solder joint strength and ideal micro structure of the solder joint.-> Published paper “Influence of Ag Element in 62Sn36Pb2Ag on Properties of AgCu/SnPbAg/ CuBe Solder Joint,” on EI Transactions of the China Welding Institution.
