- Focusing on tickets as indicated by Impact and Urgency.
- Setting up new accounts in Active Directory (AD) and creating Office 365 Users and assigning licenses.
- Providing maintenance and Health check support to clients.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
