In the OCTG manufacturing industry, I worked on the generation, manipulation and analysis of critical plant data, covering productivity, Pareto analysis of defects, WIP control, resource utilization, operational efficiency and yield. I used tools such as Power BI and Power Apps to optimize operations and support strategic decisions based on accurate data. I also played an active role in managing local continuous improvement initiatives.

During my professional experience, I had the opportunity to work on the integration of camera systems into test vehicles, playing a key role in configuring the ECU (Electronic Control Unit). This involved ensuring that the cameras worked harmoniously inside the vehicles, contributing to the capture of essential data. To accomplish this task, I used C++ and gained valuable experience with the ADTF (Automotive Data and Time-Triggered Framework), implementing filters and managing the project with CMake. In addition, my role also included developing and adapting frameworks for acquiring and evaluating sensor data. This allowed our team to collect vital information from various sensors, ensuring that the camera systems and other components were in perfect sync. Another important part of my work was the preparation, implementation and evaluation of measurement series for experiments and tests. This involved creating detailed procedures, running rigorous experiments and carefully analyzing the results to ensure the effectiveness of the systems and the safety of the test vehicles. Overall, my experience allowed me to play a key role in integrating camera systems into test vehicles, ensuring their proper performance and the accurate collection of essential data for research and development purposes, as well as improving my skills in C++, ADTF, filters and CMake.

Managing the development of new projects in the team, such as replacing all the robots with different electronic boards. In organizing the new electronic boards, there was direct contact with the areas of electronics, programming and mechanics, which led to the development of communication skills, determination and compliance with deadlines, collection and teamwork, as well as the challenge of resource management, seeking a balance between cost reduction and the best possible project.

Responsible for the team's financial and administrative management, including the purchase of mechanical and electronic components, balance sheets, budgets, organization of task schedules for project deadlines, project monitoring and logistical organization of trips and stays at competitions.

When I joined the team in 2019 on the line-following robot project, I developed skills in programming Arduino Nano microcontrollers, using the C language and applying PID control methods. This experience required not only technical programming knowledge, but also problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. I also worked on autonomous robot projects using a PIC microcontroller, which required an understanding of control algorithms, programming logic and code debugging. I was awarded 3rd place in an IronCup 2022 championship, highlighting my programming skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical and effective solutions. In short, these experiences demonstrate my ability to tackle complex challenges, learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively on interdisciplinary projects.

Responsible for managing tasks in the area of robot programming, also working as a programmer of autonomous robots in the sumo mode, with this, I acquired learning and experience in programming the PIC microcontroller, configuring registers, driving motors via PWM signal, processing distance and light sensors.
