Suivi du processus budgétaire des départements et des services.Suivi trimestriel du budget, analyse des écarts, extrapolation du résultat et reporting.Préaviser les objets financiers du département et des services.Contrôle l'application des règles en matière de gestion financière sous l'angle du respect de la loi cantonale vaudoise sur les finances.Actualiser annuellement la planification financière quadriennale du Conseil d'Etat. Examine et chiffre les conséquences financières de projets fédéraux.Contrôle les données relatives à la péréquation financière annuelle entre la Confédération et les Cantons.Elaboration des schémas de répartition des charges transversales du budget de l'état et calcul du coût complet de certaines prestations délivrées par des services.Implémentation du nouveau système d'information financier (SAP BW), définir les besoins, réaliser les tests, former 150 utilisateurs.

• Monthly consolidation at Group level of 35 companies world wide under supervision of the consolidation manager• Produce the Monthly Management Financial Report to the Group Controller and CFO• Write the comments on balance sheet and cash flow sections of the Management Executive Report to the board of directors• Monthly book keeping under IFRS • Validate, review and perform sanity checks on financial data from entities • Reconcile inter-company accounts, investigate the differences, adjust and prepare supporting documents for external auditors• Write group instructions for quarters and year end closings• Give support to subsidiaries regarding financial aspects and Group procedures• Key user Business Intelligence – Finance.• In charge of the maintenance update and administration of the database (Hyperion) used for consolidation and reporting • Responsible for the rollover of Hyperion database for local and HQ users• Involved in a project to improve and reduce the deadlines for reporting• Consolidate at Group level the forecast and budget

• Monitor working capital items• Participate in conducting the company planning and internal/ external reporting processes• Review of financial key results and major business events on various reporting hierarchies (company, region, business unit, group) by providing variances analysis in close cooperation with the local/regional controllers• Provide periodical reports to Group and Business Unit Executive Management on actuals/ forecast/ budget; improving relevancy of analysis provided• Write the "Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” (MD&A) section of the quarterly and annual external reports. • Prepare presentations for Investor calls and Rating Agencies.• Improvement of the existing Balance Scorecard of the company and of the Key Performance Indicators • Participate in the conception and development of various standardized Management reports• General assistance on various reporting related (ad hoc) requests and projects• Follow-up of Capital Expenditures
