Targets: Defining and implementing business plans to meet the fleet sales objectives set by management. While developing improvement programs for team members with difficulty. Customer Satisfaction: Handling escalations. Ensuring team members maintain clear communication & consistent satisfaction. Prospecting: Ensuring that the team is engaged in business development, identification of prospects, market research and maintaining a prospect tracker / follow-up system, while rigorously analyzing customers based on fleet size, payment terms and business potential. Product: Ensuring that the staff are well trained in terms of product knowledge and their ability to connect customers to the right financial solution. (In-House, Banks, Financial institutes, Lease to Own, Leasing/Rental etc.). Handling objections: Negotiating with customers by presenting TCO / ROI analysis, while ensuring that the sales staff are equipped to present the same. Compliance: Ensuring that the dealership policies and legal requirements are understood and followed. (Responsible for analyzing and approving related documents) Competition: Gap Analysis: Constantly securing & reviewing price, specification, and payment terms of the competition, while strategizing and implementing action plans. Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to come up with special activities, gifts, joint marketing campaigns for customers. Data Base management: Ensuring that the team maintain a well verified database of current and potential customers, with an action plan on incremental brand penetration. Incentives: Preparing special incentive requests for management approval. (Aimed at increasing category volume sales) Supporting / negotiating administrative requirements for the team, as and when requested. Show less
