Achievements: * Process improvement by cycle time reduction of 20% after the study of which process could be removed and how to remove without affecting reliability; * Developed and implemented an R Shiny Web App that put together more than 30 characteristics from web services, .txt and .csv files of every software launched. This Web App allows a quick search where others teams could search for some information helping to track which models have a particular bug. -
