Started my career as a Consultant, helping companies to improve efficiency through process re-design and analytics. After 3 years, I decided to venture in the digital world through the banking industry. Worked as Product Owner of Digital Sales (Credit and Renegotiation) and also as Product Manager of Customer Success, experiences that showed me what a customer-centric culture really is. Still at the financial market, had the opportunity to lead a team as Ops Coordinator, responsible for KPIs, Processes and Quality Assurance.Currently working at Banco PAN, where I first had the opportunity to lead the real estate department.
