Helping the Marketing Manager with strategies to maximize sales of health insurance and brand awareness across the country. I led a team of 3 creatives (1 offline and 2 online) to develop ways to reach all national partners performing as the benchmark Market - Sao Paulo. Among sundry responsibilities my main duties were:• New members - training, coaching and supporting new team members.• Manage in house agency and external agency projects – meeting, brainstorm, briefing, follow up, check brand guidelines, managing suppliers, printing guides, budget control, and deadlines. • CRM events – delivery opportunities to promote networking with brokers. A remarkable CRM campaign was delivered to Golden Cross Health Assistance with the Olimpic Games theme. With a sticker book and stuffed Olimpic mascots, we highly engaged the brokers and their children. • Branding – organize and schedule corporate events for awards, tradeshows and vendor fairs. The best of them we gathered over 1.000 health insurance brokers and as collateral was possible to convert 9 prospects cities in real partners/clients.

Focusing on agility, budget maximization, and people development I’ve taken the decision to cancel the contract with the advertising agency and I initiated an internal team with 4 people on board: web designer, graphic designer, programmer, and a general assistant under my supervision. As a result, marketing campaigns are punchier, we developed professionals and saved 35% of the marketing budget.

• Working directly with the Art Director I helped to create online and offline collateralmaterials as such brochures, pamphlets, promotional flyers, banners and pop-up window inFlash. Also, create advertising for magazines, newspapers, PowerPoint presentation anda promotional movie script.• Photography - product photo essay (client – Onofre Chemist).• Image management and treatment – search specific photos in stock images and treat them.• Schedule – organize and deal deadlines with the traffic flow person.
