With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of finance, I possess extensive expertise spanning accounting, controlling, fiscal, payroll and financial departments. Throughout my career, I have led teams across various domains, reaching a peak of overseeing 60 collaborators, hierarchically distributed within multifunctional teams.My role encompasses delivering Financial Statements (FS) for a variety of companies, fostering collaborations with major audit firms (Big4), and preparing Financial Statements in accordance with CPC PME and Full CPC standards. I led the transition between these two frameworks and supervised the issuance of Triennial FS. My international experience involves interactions with foreign companies, coordinating monthly reports, alignments, and adjustments to international accounting standards (GAAP). Additionally, I have managed and accounted for offshore companies.I have made significant contributions to the successful implementation of financial systems and ERPs, such as Protheus (Totvs), Netsuite (Oracle), Prosoft, Omie, AccountFy, Conta Azul, among others. I have a comprehensive track record in compliance requirements, covering DCTF, ECD, ECF, DIRF, EFD Contributions, EFD-Fiscal, CBE, RDE, and others.Furthermore, I have worked in FP&A, including management reporting, projections, budgets, actual vs. planned analysis, forecasts, and special projects. Currently, I also serve as the head of tax strategy, overseeing banking and financial relationships, corporate calculations and registrations, supplier collaboration, director and board reporting, in addition to applying all the aforementioned accounting experience.
