About Raquel Soares

What drives me is achieving what many believe to be impossible, and this has allowed me to experience an incredible journey of challenges in leading companies in the financial and payments sectors, technology, healthcare, and aviation. I was able to participate in the development of the world's largest aircraft while at Airbus, executed several M&As in Eastern Europe while at the IFC, part of the World Bank Group, created a pricing model that increased Oi's profitability by 10 percentage points, and led the creation of new business units, Embraer Sistemas and Eve (the flying car business unit), and a major turnaround at Embraer. I also created a payment arrangement from scratch while at Elo, developed a phygital healthcare ecosystem, and led major COVID-19 response projects while at Dasa. Now, at Unico IDtech, I am leading the creation of new digital identity products and working on the strategy to transform the company into a world-class global big tech.
