• Optimize and streamline the operations of FFAR, and assess and articulate its impact, including:
• Developed, implemented and/or optimized over >15 new policies, processes, and tools that touch all 5 of FFAR’s Teams, including FFAR’s first Business Continuity Plan.
• Designed and led the creation of the first-ever FFAR Grants Database, resulting in an inclusive repository of all existing and anticipated programs and projects (nearly 300 records).
• Crafted the inaugural FFAR Impact Assessment and led the merging of the assessment with FFAR’s Annual Report, combining data from 3 different platforms and 2 different reports into one comprehensive product.
• Designed a FFAR-wide grants data-focused project, combining workstreams and products from 4 different ongoing projects into one, resulting in a coordinated, FFAR-wide assessment of grants data and system needs.
• Led and coordinated the incorporation of robust HR consultant services into FFAR, including RFP development and execution, transition planning and logistics, and continued liaison work with the HR consultant team.
