• Project Management.• Supervise daily construction/civil work of specific project.• Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity)• Quality control of construction work, ensuring wastage control during work and stacking materials.• Preparing of estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works• Manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other work• Prepare contractor bill and close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall sites/project safely and security.

• Prepare Design of Reinforced structure using customized software as well as Rebar Factory including 3D modeling well conversant with AutoCAD (2D-3D).• Prepare master design specifications, dimensions, thickness etc.• Overseeing structural design and revisions in structural design.• Review the drawings received from consultant / client.• Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Design, Construction & Engineering team.• Coordination between Management and Project sites

• Responsible for develop daily lesson plan following curriculum & content and conduct class accordingly;• Conduct Classes on AutoCAD, StaadPro, Etabs, SAP2000, SAFE etc• Assess and record each student's progress through observation, questioning, testing and marking• Must have depth knowledge in Information Technology related courses• Must be mentally prepared to handle students with positive attitude• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time
