Personnel Officer
a-To maintain the daily operations of the personnel affairs section through cooperating with the whole HR Team / Payroll Administration & Time Keeping / Finance in doing the following activities:-b-To maintain & develop excellent relationship with the employees to listen to staff enquiries and complaints, identify their needs and work through any issues that might be concerning them through:-Dealing with Compensation & Benefits of employees ex: leave & final settlement, Encashment of the leave, maternity leave, air ticket entitlement & booking.Prepares correspondence, memos, forms and reports using word processing applications software.ex: Acceptance of Resignation / Termination/ Employment end of contract/ Salary release.Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes in the document & the e promise system.Making sure that daily update in the system that any promotions, transfers, leave, change in employee data take effect as in the system. Providing employment references / history /any data of for past & new joining employees through HR report.Maintaining the correct record for payroll adjustment every month.Ticketing: As per the employee offer to book him/her air ticket yearly or each Two years to his home country, receive the monthly invoices from the agent & prepare LPO & the statement to be approved from finance for payment, update the correct entry in e promise for this process. Answers multiple phone lines and responds to caller's questions or directs the call to the appropriate party
