Responsibilities • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements • Understand value proposition of any new product or features • Design products and identify new product improvement opportunities • Ability to work well with internal teams. Ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match expectations • Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly • Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product • Assess and address technical and business risks • Understand and analyze product architecture • Work closely with BI people to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments etc. • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance • Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand • Market new products and features with sales, operations and marketing teams

Responsibilities:-Analyze and identify the opportunities, understand the user's & market needs.-Build product vision, roadmap and release plan.-User interview, research & need analysis to product design & digital solution.-Prepare Product requirement document (PRD) with the technical analysis and wireframe for the engineering team to solve the right problem of the users.-Prepare sprint planning, align with Business and Technology team.-Design product with UI/UX team according to the PRD. Conduct A/B testing after the design.-UAT and usability testing after the functional development of the engineering team.-Release features according to release plan and collaborate with Marketing, CX, Data Analysis and Sales team.-Manage features after release, Track Data and analyze to measure product success - failure - growth.-Improve product by conducting market research on Competitor’s product.-Collect user feedback from analytical data, physical interviews and app feedback.
