#Commercial KPIs : Ensure all purchase orders meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) and lead time goals.#Sourcing Oversight: Manage sourcing for two production units (28 lines, 300K-400K units/month).#Operational Coordination : Oversee proto samples, wholesale, photoshoots, top samples, size sets, and wash samples.#Production Tracking : Monitor production status and report deviations to managers.#Bulk Order Control :Ensure bulk production follows approved time and action plans.#Negotiation : Resolve issues with washing plants, sample sections, product development, QA, and fabric QA.#Problem Identification :Alert potential issues that may delay shipments.#Efficiency Management :Address production inefficiencies and supply chain or raw material issues.#Quality Verification : Check fabrics and trims against approved swatches and trim cards.#Quality Review :Discuss quality concerns with factory QC and PD merchandisers; escalate issues as needed.#Order Verification : Ensure cutting matches order quantity and tolerance; raise short shipment concerns.#Production Updates : Provide updates to production/merchandise supervisors.#Bi-Monthly Analysis : Analyze production status, materials, and approvals twice a month.#QA Coordination : Ensure QA audits are completed and cargo is forwarded on schedule.#Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned.
