Developed partner selection criteria, conducted partner assessment, conducted TNA and capacity building events for 11 partner organizations, assessed the partner concept note according to the KNH thematic sector, and supported partners in designing monitoring plan, tools, and database. Conduct field monitoring visits of the partner organizations and supported, spot checking of data, validation of collected data, and review of the monitoring reports.As an M&E consultant developed the country M&E strategy of KNH. Supported WV Somalia office in implementing the cash grant and food project, and developed the M&E documents for the projects. Established and maintained the NRC Pakistan M&E Framework, as per global NRC M&E guidelines. Developed the M&E guidelines, tools, and procedures in close collaboration with program staff and provided technical support to field teams on monitoring and evaluation processes. Trained the M&E staff and program staff onM&E. Compiled the monthly quantitative output reports and narrative reports (rationale for the targets, achievements, and gaps) from field offices for circulation to senior management. Provided technical support to the PDU for quantitative analysis for assessments, donor reports, and other processes. Developed the project M&E system that incorporated basic standards and guidelines including CARE International principles. Developed a centralized database at the country office that ensured the availability of all required information. Set up and maintain a knowledge management system of the projects that included key project reporting and learning documents. Identify case studies and prepare success studies for donor reports. Developed the tools and processes as and when new activities were added to the project, in line with project objectives and CARE Pakistan’s M&E system. Developed the processes for assessing and planning capacity-building needs of implementing partner staff in M&E. Lead the department to develop the M&E framework of projects. Designed humanitarian accountability mechanisms for the organization and build the capacity of the staff on accountability mechanisms and tools. Designed and contextualized the latest monitoring tools for each project, critical analysis of all the reports and data to identify issues, capture trends, and document lessons learned.
