Sourcing & Procurement Responsible for framing and implementing SupplyChain network across Waterhealth subsidiaries inNigeria. Logistics Management Sustaining networks, scheduling & planning for supplymaterial distribution through fleets and ensuring timelydistribution Conversant with setting up Supply chain processes andsystem in place from scratch Negotiating with transporters for cost effective transportsolutions and clearances. Identifying and developing a dedicated and alternatevendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and reduction in delivery time. Responsible for evaluating the vendor performance based onvarious criterions such as percentage for rejections, qualityimprovement rate, timely delivery, credit, criticality of the listeditem in BOM • Manage AMC/regular consumables supply with vendors forcritical set of items.• Responsible for maintaining operational and capital costwithin the framed budget.• Ensuring that PO/SO are released on defined set of timelinesafter the release of purchase request• Responsible for handling the end to end procurement forCapital as well as operational items/division.• Reviewing of vendor contract to ensure the defined SLA’s,terms and conditions are being met as per the businessrequirement.• Supporting the operations team in maintaining their budgetand also ensuring any ticket rose from a particular plant isresolved as per the defined SLA.• Responsible for keeping track of all the consumables requiredfor a plant are dispatched to all the 500 plants on quarterlybasis with a well-defined Hub and Spoke System.• Controlling the major expenses like Pump, membranes bykeeping a close watch on plants.

Management of Estates, Filing of Matters and Different Application at Court Registries, Handling of Power of Attorney, Leases, Assignments and Conveyances, Conducting of Searches at Corporate Affairs Commission and Land Registries, Stamping of Documents and Serving of Legal Documents.
