Plan, implement and oversee supply chain Operations- Follow up with the RDC & LDC operations team to pick and dispatch orders and ensure that stock is received in stores.- Well knowledge about the value added service procedures for fashion, beauty, home and footwear products as per the destination customs requirements.- Assist in preparing of QC and compliance on customs audits/inspections on and when required,- Co-ordinates with Shipping and PR&C (Product Registration & Compliance) Department for the required documents (Delivery Advice, Summary Invoice, Detailed Invoice, and Certificate of Origin) for documentation, custom clearance, and priority of shipments- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly trackingreports for internal departments.- Assist management of future and in season orders – consolidation, upload, confirmation, and amendment of orders accordingly- Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems.- Aware of the regional regulations about exportrequirements and process- Ability to create detail invoices & packing listwith carton and pallet details.- Assures that dangerous and electrical goods are properly packed and are in accordance.with the standard requirements of the countryof destination.
