Hello ! My name is Rashmi.I graduated from San Diego State University 4 years ago with a Master's in Experimental Psychology following a pre-med major from UC Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. Most recently, I worked as a clinical research coordinator at Science37. I have a heavy background in research project management, data analytics, and teaching. I am experienced with research projects that test interventions to better patient outcomes, experimental studies, and qualitative studies that ask questions about human behavior. I have built strong skills in data collection, data management and organization, data analysis, and presentation. In the past, I have worked with patients with a wide range of health concerns, including Depression, Heart Failure, Cancer, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, Substance Use Disorders and Autism. As a result of my background, I am passionate about research regarding human behavior and healthcare. I believe it is important to utilize the recent boom in technology to our advantage, to bring care to patients who need it, and research participants who want to be a part of the science ! I know what it takes to manage research studies and study teams, and I thrive working in a team environment ! I am also an excellent public speaker, learn things quickly, and work well in teams.
