Mentored and guided cluster Credit Managers in proposal appraisal, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness before higher authority submission. Coordinated seamlessly with Operations, Credit Administration Department (CAD), Legal, and technical teams to ensure timely proposal clearance. Analysed MSME credit applications for Overdraft, Cash credit, Term Loan and Warehouse receipt finance facilities by reviewing financial capacity, business profile, industry position, repayment capability, collateral adequacy and Account conduct etc.Prepared Credit Appraisal Summary note with appropriate recommendations in terms of amount to be sanctioned, acceptability of the risk, terms and conditions of the sanction, pricing etc.
