Rashmita Pradhan is currently pursuing her career as an Embedded Hardware Engineer and serves as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at CoreEL Technologies in Bengaluru. She has been presented with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technologies, designing electronic systems for our armed forces. Over the past three years, the designs she has collaborated on have undergone successful field testing and deployment, demonstrating the team's capabilities across various engineering domains. Being part of such a team has been immensely fulfilling for her.Professionally, Rashmita has acquired extensive knowledge in areas such as Power Regulators, clock and reset circuitry, IO standards, various Interfaces and protocols, EMI/EMC, and reliable calculations. She is adept at utilizing tools like ORCAD, Allegro Viewer for PCB review, and Simulation tools like LTSPICE and TINA(TI).Currently, Rashmita is part of a team focused on the design and development of complex processors and FPGA-based systems, incorporating components such as Ethernet, ADC, DAC, PCIe Switch, and DDR4 memory.In addition to her professional pursuits, Rashmita continuously seeks to enhance her skills, benefiting both herself and the organization. Outside of work, she indulges her sweet tooth through baking and cooking. Furthermore, Rashmita is known for her exceptional speaking abilities, her eagerness to learn, and her resilient, never-give-up attitude.
