Founded in 1994, NewAgeSys has demonstrated extraordinary growth winning prestigious awards for being one of the fastest growing companies in New Jersey. • Recruiting Clinical/Drug Safety/Regulatory and Engineering candidates to short tem and long term contract roles to our direct clients (Merck, Bayer, Sanofi, Johnosn&Johnson, Sandoz, Alcon, Novartis & Pfizer).• Cold calling and creating a candidate pool and candidate mapping.• Sourcing resumes from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, bio space, indeed etc• Short listing the quality candidates who are fit for the Requirement.• Taking Initial round of Interviews, Discussing about the job, Filling Checklists.• Forwarding Shortlisted candidates to the Account Managers in New Jersey Office.• Maintaining Weekly and Monthly Reports for evaluation.

My responsibilities are..*Identifying, Screening and hiring most suitable candidate.*Attract the maximum numbers of candidate to the organization and encourage them to apply.*Create Strong database and select the best candidate for the position.*Searching, screening, counselling the candidates for various job opportunities through Job portals,references and Sourcing, preliminary short listing, scheduling, coordinating, feedback, follow-up andmeet the requisitions.*Responsible for identifying recruitment sources and maintaining contact with eligible candidatesthroughout the recruitment process

• Dealing with US Health Insurance companies to know the claim statuses• Analyse the denial cases and follow-up as needed to resubmit the claim with the Insurance Company.• Working with doctors with Specialities like Gynaecologists, pediatrician, Neurologist . Helping them bill the claims to insurance and getting paid.• Sole person to contact the patients on the behalf of Doctor.• Obtain referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures.• Check eligibility and benefit verification.• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information• Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.• Knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe• Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount• Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary• Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances• All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up• Research and appeal denied claims.• Answer all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.• Set up patient payment plans and work collection accounts
