I work for IMOU Thailnad since Jul 2020 , Hangzhou Huacheng Network Technology Co.,Ltd.I start as a Business development taking care of Bangkok and Central area. I have been promoted as a Business development supervisor on Jan 2023 taking care of sell out IMOU Thailand business.- Taking care of master dealers CCTV channel , IT , Modern trade, online and offline shop all region of Thailand exception south area.- Coordinate with 4 distributors SIS Distribution Thailand PCL , Synnex (Thailand) PCL. , TCT and Usupply company- Forecast sellout , report market and competitor situations and think about how to improve the MKT and solve problems and provide solutions to top management.- Have a public specking skill to training product point of sell for target customers.- Make a plan to visit customers around area of responsibilities with a quality visiting. - Understand customer needs.- Balance benefit for business between customers and company. (Win Win together)- Have a strong skill about negotiation for business.- Have a strong service mind and understand the business , Keep following the business plan.- In 2023 got a "Certificate Quarterly Sales Star" Indo - Pacific Region Thailand.- Can increased yearly sell more than 25% with difficult situation. (internal and external situation)- In 2024 on Jan can increased modern trade 2 new accounts there are HQ expectation accounts.
