• Support to prepare check list and project management document.• Create estimation for 3d and 2d task.• Co-ordinate with on-site coordinator for input clarifications and delivery.• Create and monitor the work(Unigrahics NX).• Review the tasks before delivery.• Defect capture and analysis, and discussions with executor about defects.

• Prepare and submit tenders for various piping / fabrication projects.• Guide / perform Engineering planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting • Determine/monitor, and review all engineering & execution work, staffing requirements, resources, and risks• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and FAT Tests.• Identify risks and technical limitations and recommend solutions.

• Co-ordinate with Client, regarding engineering related queries, • Prepare and submit design and project related documents for approval.• Preparation of P&ID for various gases and process liquides with the support of process team• Preparation of Co-ordinated 3D layout Drwing after coordinating with other service team• Prepare/monitor Skid mounted equipment and piping 3d modeling and drawing .• Prepare the BOQ for equipment’s and Piping, Prepare the Detailed engineering drawing for fabrication,Preapare the 2D detailed engineering piping GA drawing (Plan, elevation & Side view), Piping Layout drawing, Piping support drawing, BOQ2008-02 – 2011-02• Responsible for Fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Reactors, Storage Tanks, process equipments, etc.(As per ASME section VIII Div I & TEMA)• Piping, Pipe Rack, Skid, structure,Pump Erection Work• Pipe Supports with Insulation & Cladding work.• Preparation of Fitup Report, Joint Measurement Record, Preparation of BOQ for materials & billing purpose• Pre-Production meeting, scope of work.Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all shop floor/Site activities.• Utilization of all the available resources such as manpower, machineries, materials & place. Meet the customer requirements for deliveries & Quality product.• Responsible for all Pre & Post fabrication activities i.e. marking & cutting on plates,L-seam & C-seam set-up, forming of shells/dishends and cones. Final assembly & nozzle fitment, leg or skirt or saddle fitment, final touch up, final dimensional measurement, Hydrotest or Pneumatic test, required polishing, Pickling & passivation, cleaning and packing, dispatch work.
