Playout (MCR of Network 18 & Viacom18 National & international channels)

•Team Handling (more than 100 members) & Providing the specialized training to TX / Ingest Operator for daily smooth transmission.•Handle MCR operations of STAR NETWORK INDIA/international (27 Channel of Harris video automation as Linear ) & National Geographic channels (24 Channels of Cloud based PMSL playout )..•Technical analysis (R&D) of Playout new products/software of PMSL/any vendor product to check quality & playout compatibility.• Create & follow-up of tickets for product bug tracking and client services request through PMSL tracking tools as like Jira methodology.• Create or manage Graphics template (PUBG, Aston, Countdown BUG, Showname, Back-in, etc.) & language wise Subtitles configuration as per channel requirement .• Manage Video server space through Deletion/archiving through MAM (Media Assets management ). •Coordinating with inter department regarding content/ commercials & follow-up/execute special TX requirements.•Handle Live Event as like CCL, WorId Cricket Match, IPL, Hockey, Oscar, other live event.•Following guidelines for Live events as per channel stack holder/Traffic team.•Recording of satellite feeds on server after ensuring proper quality requirements are met.•Preparation / checking of daily transmission & Troubleshooting TX Operations.•Supervise the contents as per broadcast standard before its on-air schedule.•Coordination with broadcast TX Team, sub-clip preview/QC team & other department as like RF/Software & IT team to smooth Transmission.Accomplishments :-• Lead multiple projects of Playout department as CAD, TRAI Off-com, Content based Dashboard, Star Cloud Playout, Subtitle & QC team.• Major involvement in migration of National Geographic Network, (6 Channels) & Star International (18 Channels) from Liner to Cloud Ready Playout (Box in Channel).• The migration included contribution of selection of basic TX requirements, basic Ingest requirement and state of art feed room designing for daily content receive.
