• Responsible for Project planning, scheduling and handling the projects on time also monitoring & followed up with customer, vendors and different internal departments for Step-by-Step activities getting done during execution of Project.• Co-ordination with Subcontractor and Clients for proper execution and commissioning of site work.• Make Site Visits to prepare/verify project bill of material.• As a Sr Engg. I am also incharge of Substation Erection activity, construction of new 33/11Kv Bay, power transformer erection, and various switchgear (LA, PT,CT and Bus bar), capacity augmentation of substation, battery bank commissioning, various control panels.• Handling the team of Field engg, Supervisors technicians, helpers and labours.• Attending various NQM’s (National Quality Monitoring)in many districts of Madhya Pradesh with R.E.C (Rural Electrification Corporation

• Preparation of bill of quantity of material as per drawings getting prepared by team of supervisor.• To construct the electrical infra like 11Kv feeder, transformer erection as per load of villages, LT circuits to consumer end.• Testing of equipment’s like Transformers(Power, Current, potential and Power), High voltage XLPE cable, Insulators, conductor insulation and distribution meter testing before erection • Material quality inspection.• Supervision, Erection and commissioning of high voltage control panels, as per the drawing of REC
