Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring correct matching to PO and coding of invoices.Perform full-cycle of accounts payable processes – including three-way and two-way PO matching, manual coding entry,Identifying any exception in the PO and NON-PO process to process lead in a timely manner.Coordination with Cost allocation team for the Correct GL codes.Identify and analyse aged invoices and take corrective action to ensure AP aging is within terms.Work with a cross-functional team in Month end Closing and Other supportPerform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested.Audit and Compliance (SOX)-: Provide the required support for external, internal and SOX audits, process walkthroughs and workflows as and when required (primarily during quarter and year end audits)Process Standardization: Create process documentation namely Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and update them at regular intervals in consultation with relevant stakeholders Communicate effectively to promote favorable partnerships with internal and external customers.Collaboration- Collaborates with stakeholder and Internal customers to support global goals and objective- Work Closely with Team leader- Accounting in achieving the required goals and timelines and delivers the service to meet SLAs and KPIs and to ensure positive Voice of Customer feedback.Reporting- Prepare the PO Compliance, Kofax Scanning report and productivity Tracker Preparing SOP for the latest updates in the Process and UAT acceptance reports.
