In the real estate development space, I have successfully overseen projects from inception to completion, including site selection, feasibility analysis, financing, design, and construction involving Retail, Hotels & Multi-unit housing. My expertise includes navigating complex zoning and regulatory issues, collaborating with architects and engineers, and managing project timelines and budgets.
