Involved in all aspects of Leasing and Development as well as property management.

In my role as Director of Specialty Leasing I am responsible for twenty two outlet centers, their budgets, vacancies, visual apperance, loi's, lease executions and developing new revenue streams.Some of my most significant contributions include pre-leasing 35 carts for our Flag Ship Center in Orlando and leasing a total of 65 carts in conjuction with the entire specialty leasing team.In my five plus years in leasing I have executed four restaurant deals, several food court deals and lease space to some of the best brands and retailers including Harley Davidson, Bijoux Terner, Hershey's Ice Cream, Red Brick Pizza, Beard Pappa's and Santa Fe Cattle Company.I also helped bring fresh new retailers into out porfolio including Signature Fragrance, Love Culture, Aqua Swim Wear, Kafe Kalik, Tuscan Tavern as well as many others.

Store Manager responsible for daily operations including but not limited to sales, merchandising, visual merchandising, loss prevention, payroll, budgets, inventory and H/R issues.
