CurrentContractor assigned to maintaining Charter Communication Data Center in Downtown St. Louis. Functions included rack and stack, cabling, labeling infrastructure.Coordination of ITSM incident/ticket resolution efforts, root cause analysis and reporting.Creation and revision of standards (SOPs) thru OKTA (SaaS) was used as environment. BOX, DEEM, KIMBLE and MICROSOFT OFFICE were used as administrative functions. Including JIRA as the ticketing system.Some team travel was involved to setup remote environments and testing of equipment.Support of day-to-day operations, visually inspect equipment for errors, and report weekly on adds, moves, and changes to client.
