Managing & monitoring the branch network division performance using BALANCE SCORECARD module to get the maximum output of the branches' employees with right talent mix. Also incentivizing the branches' employees according to their performance in the BSC and preparing the sales campaigns which will serve the sales development department in achieving our targets. The main tasks and projects are listed below:- Tracking the individual performance and prepare the proper action plan- Managing and developing the BSC online system to be used by BND staff.- Developing the new incentive schema which is based on the performance of the team and the individual- Automating the incentive system and the sales kickers on the Sales Force Automation system. - Developing the Tele-sales BSC and their incentive schema.

Manage the target setting & capacity planning exercise for all Branch Network employees, inducing and enhancing the performance culture within the network. Our main tasks are: - Assess, and provide inputs & feedback on branches capacity for quality service and sales activities.- Improve customer focus and link sales targets to service quality.- Develop internal system and processes for the target setting activity. - Review, analyze, and track business trend by product and programs. - Ensure prompt and practical response to regular business activities, competition, and new business opportunities.- Set and support the process of target setting and review for all regions, areas branches, staff, telesales staff and direct sales agency.
