During my tenure as Change Management Analyst,I championed the activities of change management by utilizing key principles for ensuring seamless operations. I conducted training sessions for IT sales and marketing teams for inclusion of change management action items into deliverables.Below are some of my achievements:• Increased IT solutions’ adoption rate by 50% among sales and marketing end-users, within 2 years, while attending Activation Coordinator (AC) training for leading sales and marketing project teams and partnering with implementation coordinators to familiarize end-users to new software.• Published a document on Change Management Value, currently used by various IT and sales and marketing divisions in diverse areas.

During my tenure as Project Manager,I utilized MS Project, planned/scheduled/monitored project work. I coordinated issue/risk resolution. I communicated status to stakeholders. I coordinated directly with vendor software architects and developers to plan future work.
