After contributing to the growth and success of five different organizations in the past 15 years, I am seeking new challenges. Challenges and opportunities that can really excite me and allow me to provide effective leadership to a team and organization. My experiences encompasses project management, strategic planning, resource utilization, revenue growth, and cost reduction. My ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a successful outcome has proven to be one of my greatest assets. With my consulting background, I have been responsible for teams as large as 23. Delivering on milestones and being results-driven are key components when leading a team and delivering a solution. Managing ones time and responsibilities can prove to be overwhelming, however as a mentor and coach, I have successfully been able to deliver on all my projects and implementations on time and on budget. Managing several key projects at once with my team proved to be awarding and fulfilling.
