While growing up in Colorado I have gathered experience in many customer service and sales roles. As a teenager I fitted and sold skis and snowboards to juniors at Colorado Ski and Golf. If you can get a kid to stop crying while trying on ski boots, objection overturning becomes a piece of cake...After Graduating from Colorado State in 2012, I took a job at Perfect Teeth helping patients coordinate costs for their care. A year into this role I took an offer to manage a new office location in Fort Collins. Although I managed a small team, it was a monumental experience that taught me a lot about myself as a professional, and I learned that I am more comfortable in customer facing roles. This led me to starting my renewals career with Service Source. On the Dell APOS team I was given the opportunity to manage the Salesforce account which helped me understand mechanics behind large APOS renewals. Overall, these different experiences have built me into an accountable team member who understands how to help customers through difficult situations. In my free time I enjoy Snowboarding, Golfing, Paddle-boarding, and spending time with my wife Ciara and our two dogs Barry and Ruca.
