Responsible for facility and equipment maintenance for CVS Health Distribution Center.

- Provide cost effective, timely and professional project engineering services for conveyor/maintenance projects across AZ & NM.- Oversee automated and non-automated conveyor and building maintenance for 53 small package and freight sites across AZ & NM as well as the one-million SF Goodyear UPS hub.- Manage housekeeping, regulatory compliance, environmental, labor, and employee relations for a team of six direct reports, sixteen indirect management reports, and twenty-three mechanics.- District cost champion. Responsibilities included cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for approximately $4.5 mil of monthly maintenance expense across AZ/CO/UT/NM Buildings and Systems Engineering function.- Oversee mid-size projects including a 10k gallon UST tank closure/AST installation, paving improvement projects, and industrial facility reroof projects.

- Managed site expansion projects, new equipment installations, asset protections projects, etc. for UPS across AZ and NM small package and freight sites. Roles involved the managing of various independent trades (ex: paving, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, etc.) working hand-in-hand on a single project.- Projects included facility expansions and new plant equipment installation projects. - Project management roles included working with engineering consultants as well as contract bidding/award/management for all other applicable trades.- Created project feasibility estimates for expansion or new-equipment driven projects for various sites across AZ and NM.

Oversee conveyor and plant maintenance for 24 small package, freight, and air-gateway facilities across the state of NM. Responsible for equipment reliability, managing facilities' repair cost, and maintaining environmental and regulatory compliance for all facilities. Also responsible for all conveyor and facility related projects less than $100k each for all 23 sites comprising millions of dollars' worth of projects in all. Additionally assisted with all Region level ($100k+) projects across area of responsibility from 2011 to 2021.

Managed a team of individuals responsible for the efficient loading, unloading, sorting, and general processing of parcels. Oversaw individuals responsible for compliance training, the Damaged Materials Program, as well as the Regulated Goods Acceptance Auditing ensuring compliance with EPA, AZDEQ, ADOSH, 49 CFR regulations, etc.
