I was specially recruited to capture $20M in outsourced managed services and SaaS agreements, including network transformation and infrastructure cost optimization (reduced telecommunication spend by 30%). I have developed and led a white-label SaaS offering as a leader in SaaS platform and subscription services, marketing content development, and staff training regarding selling strategies.

At IBM, I was promoted to a position in charge of WAN, LAN, Mobile, SDN, SD-WAN transformations and Network cost optimization for Fortune 500 companies. In my culminating role, I managed key enterprise sales strategies and executive relationship development, including pipeline development, use case development, and engaging executive presentations. I established relationships as a primary liaison for clients and a lead sales consultant. During my time here, I successfully closed over $60M in net new SD—WAN transformations revenue for IBM Network Consulting Group. I created and implemented Network Transformation SDN and SD-WAN offerings, including development of marketing materials, contracts, pricing, client videos, use cases, and training materials.

Led the sales pursuit and capture team for large outsourcing opportunities in the Finance and Industrial industry. I managed over $100M in annual sales within Fortune 200 and global markets, including client and industry partnership development, sales solution design, and team performance management. I directed strategic planning and implementation, managed major accounts, and resource allocation with ownership of business development and P&L strategies. I championed more than $2.8B in new net revenue as a key business development leader and c-level executive relationship builder. I reduced client costs by 20-30% through creation of business cases, transformations, and infrastructure optimizations for signed agreements. I recruited, trained, and managed sales teams in all aspects of global enterprise engagement sales cycles.
