Maintain conveyor systems, shuttle robotics, packaging equipment, and warehouse management software. (Includes preventative and corrective maintenance.)Work closely with Controls Engineer and counterpart Tech IV completing improvement projects and repairs on flawed equipment.Support operations with their everyday process.Assist in training other technicians within department (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software)Completed daily entries for time management in our CMMS program and assist with inventory audits and entries.

Travel to customer sites installing and maintaining tempering furnaces and conveyors.Fabricating and installation of upgrades to existing tempering furnaces.Responsible for taking technical support calls and following up with the customers regarding issues, services and parts available.

Installation and maintenance of Agitators and system mixing equipment.Supervision of power plant shutdowns and Preventative maintenance of system agitators.Shop/office work consists of writing up customer reports, following up with customers, and filling out all time sheets and expense reports for time traveled. Rebuild and service system equipment and mechanical seals for the agitators.

Maintaining and repairing conveyor systems which include a main box-sorter and its counter components.Maintain and repair a fleet of forklift trucks (Standup and Sit-down Riders).Maintain the upkeep of the facility. (Painting, putting up sheetrock, anchors guards and rails where necessary, etc.)Maintaining and repairing Dock plate assemblies and dock bay doors when necessary.
