I drive and interpret the material quality standard/specification to ensure incoming material quality. a. Working together with sales team to qualify subcontractor through quality system survey. And go to the factories in ourselves to visit and audit. Push SPC.
b. Negotiate with subcontractor to define quality requirement, inspection procedure and acceptance quality level. 
c. Perform evaluation on subcontractor PCB samples according to drawings (Gerber files) and specification. 
d. Monitor subcontractor quality performance through quality data and records, convene a monthly quality meeting for subcontractors and listen to how to correct the top three defects.
