While the titles I have held are varied, and I have worked in several different fields throughout my life, the core of my skills, experience, and passion is the same; I am a supporter, a healer, a discoverer, and a communicator. I learn and master new things fast. I communicate with all levels of individuals at their level, meeting them where they are. I dig into issues deep, finding the solution at the root and either fixing it myself or relaying the fix clearly to whomever is tasked with the repair. I train, I mentor, I guide, and I coach at every possible opportunity, with the goal of embodying what I feel is one of the most important distinctions of a master leader - leaders create leadership in others.
