Dr. Raza has completed his PhD from Middlesex University (London, UK), in 2016. During his PhD, he has studied the effects of corporate reputation on business-to-customer relationships. His research work has been published in some well-reputed international journals, including, Journal of Business Research, European Management Journal, and International Studies of Management and Organization. Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) has awarded him with ‘Best Research Paper Award’ in recognition of his research work published in ‘Journal of Business Research’. His research work has been presented in several international conferences (by himself or his co-authors), for example, in London (UK), Bournemouth (UK), Cardiff (Wales, UK), Newcastle (UK), Berlin (Germany), Izmir (Turkey), Valencia (Spain), and Milan (Italy). Before PhD, Dr. Raza has completed ‘M.Sc. Research Methods in Business and Management’ from Middlesex University (London, UK), with ‘Distinction’. Dr. Raza has been serving in a leading commercial bank operating in Pakistan for approximately three years in conventional and Islamic banking divisions, after completion of his MBA. During his extensive teaching career of almost 13 years, Dr. Raza has taught several subjects at Post Graduate and Graduate levels, including Doctorate, MS, MBA and BBA Programs. Based on his industry (i.e., banking), teaching, and research experiences, he has developed keen interest in conducting training sessions for students, researchers, and corporate clients. His training interests include customer relationship management (CRM), building successful brands, interpersonal skills, business communication, evidence-based management, and research methods.
