I was born and raised in Ontario, Mississauga specifically, and wouldn't have had it any other way. I love my city and am very proud to call myself Canadian. I always found myself extremely extroverted and loved meeting new people and forming connections. I had a knack for making friends and was always a class clown. I believe it was during these days that my love and passion for customer service was born.There's nothing like solving someone's problem, the look and sound of relief on the customer's face and tone, the appreciation and recognition for the service you've provided, but most importantly the lasting relationship that can be built on top of this initial act of service.It was at BMO where I've spent the last 2 years working at, where this fire and passion were set ablaze due to the sheer number of customers experiences I have dealt with. Since being promoted to the Mortgage Renewal Specialist Role, I am proud to say that I help walk people through what is usually the largest and most stressful transaction of their life.
